Silent Connection was originally opened in 1995 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Silent Connection carried merchandise
for hearing-impaired people such as alarm clocks and baby cry, TTY, and a wide range of books in sign or for
sign language. Silent Connection also carried a large variety of t-shirts. Alphabet, friends and love t-shirts were
the big ones back then. Due to losing our lease Silent Connection closed after almost two years.
Now eleven years later we are opening again. This time we are on the web where we
can't lose our lease. This time we are starting with T-shirts and sweat shirts and hats. This way you can shop from
the convenience of your home.
The objective of our business is to provide a high quality product at an affordable price. We hope you will enjoy

Silent Connection is important because it relates to and includes the deaf community. Our products are a way to
communicate and bring together people who hear as well as those who are hearing impaired. This bridge
sometimes forms friendships that may not otherwise happen. Sometimes just seeing a hand sign on a shirt is
enough to open a conversation.
